Shipping Policy
Raw Az Hair processes and ships all orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Once your order has been placed, you will receive tracking information as soon as your package has been prepared and shipped.
Shipping Disclaimer
Raw Az Hair is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. We are also not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate before placing an order.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Raw Az Hair will not be held liable for lost or stolen parcels.
No In-Store Pickup
Raw Az Hair is an online-only business. At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup or local delivery options.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By placing an order with Raw Az Hair, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Exchanges
Exchanges may only be considered under limited circumstances and must meet all of the following requirements:
- The product has not been installed, worn, cut, colored, brushed, washed, or otherwise altered
- Lace has not been cut, tinted, plucked, or tampered with in any way
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
All exchange requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Raw Az Hair. We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not fully meet the conditions listed above.
Order Adjustments
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order with Raw Az Hair, you agree to all store policies listed on our website. Any chargebacks or payment disputes submitted against a valid order will be contested with supporting documentation, including proof of delivery, order confirmation, and agreement to store policies at checkout.
